NKFA Automotive Collision Repair Shop Certification Program provides independent, third-party oversight of collision repair shops, certifying a shop’s ability to conduct high-quality repairs. This unbiased, consensus certification is designed to meet the market needs of consumers, collision repair shops, insurers, manufacturers and vendors.

NKFA Collision Repair Shop Certification enables collision repair shops to demonstrate that an independent, accredited third-party organization has evaluated and certified the capability of their facilities, procedures, training, and internal processes to execute high quality, consistent, and safe repairs.

Additionally, NKFA collision repair shop certification provides customers peace of mind that NKFA certified collision repair shops focus on delivering the highest quality service

NKFA Certification Programs

1. Cosmetic/non-structural repair: 

    Repairs, refinishes and/or replacement of bolted on parts to restore a vehicle to its original state and shape.

2. Structural repair: 

   Non-aluminum repairs that require welding, rivet bonding and/or measuring and pulling in order to restore a vehicle to its original state and shape.

3. Aluminum non-structural Cosmetic Repair: 

    A cosmetic/non-structural repair on a part comprised of aluminum.

4. Aluminum Structural Repair Certification: 

    A structural repair on a part comprised of aluminum.

5. Quick Maintenance Certification：

    Normal maintenance service that find out potential and existing problem and defect.

6. Vehicle Glass Repair Certification: 

    Vehicle glass changing service according OEM or national standards and requirement.
